Create Guild

Fill out this if you want a guild you must have at least 15 post to create a guild. The guild must be active or it will be deleted. The leader doesn't always have to be present as long as there is at least one person supporting the guild then you'll be fine. The guild has to have the maximum of 10-15 people in it. Staring guild members 4 people including the leader. The guild has to be fair. If you are in a guild realize that each person must contribute an item (doesn't matter on rarity) to the guild.
Also be aware that guilds MUST accept some battles. Guilds that reject to many match request will be suspended for a period of time. Okay here is the Guild sheet.

The Guild Symbol is optional but it would be better if there was one. Once the guild is submitted a group named after your guild will be created. Oh, people do not post in this thread when you're creating a new guild make a new thread.
